    1. Hi Robert,

I'm sorry to hear that you can't locate your macro. What was the name of the macro and what was the name of the package you created it in? When do you last remember the macro was present in your account? We can use this information to see if we can restore it from a backup or to otherwise see what's wrong.

I can not remember the names of the macros but one was to split a stereo track to mono the other to deactivate and hide a track. The package was called My Commands. Thank you! Rob I recall this being in my account last Friday.

          1. Hi Robert,

I just checked your account. There's still a macro called "SPLIT TO MONO AND MOVE FILE" in the package "MY COMMANDS" when I look here.

Hi, that’s true but that’s not the missing command.

                1. Ok. It's difficult for me to locate based on the information you've provided. This is what you wrote:

The one I located is the only one that has a name that matches this.

If you want, we can restore your entire package called "MY COMMANDS" to the version from that last Friday - but that will overwrite anything you've done in the package since.
Please also note that you had two different packages called MY COMMANDS at that time (one of which you have since renamed).

I understand, please go ahead and restore it! Thanks, Rob

                      1. Will do. Should I restore both packages that were named "MY COMMANDS" or only the one that wasn't renamed to MY COMMANDS2?

Both would be great! Thank you

                            1. Hi Rob,

Apologies for the delay. I have restored both packages now to their state from 2022-10-27T14_30_25Z.
