Hi Christian,

I bought a streamdeck 5x3 matrix and installed the soundflow profile in the stream deck app and instlled the Dialod Editing iZotope package in SF.
The triggers do no show off and in SD I only get blank buttons. Do I have to set them all manually or did I miss a step to install.
Thanks for your help.
Best Stefan from Munich.

  1. Hi @Stefan_Mohl.

    Thank you for asking this.
All you need in the Stream Deck app is to have the SoundFlow plugin installed and the SoundFlow Full Screen profile. It appears from your screenshot that you have that part set up correctly. (Remember to close the Stream Deck window though, since it cannot be open while SoundFlow is controlling your Stream Deck - leave the Stream Deck icon running though).

Then you need to navigate to the "iZotope RX Deck" inside the Dialog Editing package. Here you can click "Show Deck". If you have more than one Stream Deck device, you can select for that Deck which device it should show up on.

Finally, to automate the "Show Deck", you can add an Application Trigger to the Deck. Do that by pressing "New Trigger", choose "Application Trigger", choose "iZotope RX Audio Editor" and select "Activate" for event. This way, you have now set up the Deck to be automatically triggered (shown) each time iZotope RX is activated.

        Hi Christian,

thank you. Now it is working. Thanks for your instructions.
I am just trying out how to switch back from the iZotope RXDeck to the standard deck after pressing SEND BACK.

        Stefan

        1. Do you want to switch to other decks designed on the Stream Deck, or to switch to a different Deck designed inside SoundFlow?
You can switch back to Stream Deck's normal mode, but it's going to be easiest for you if you move all your Decks to SoundFlow :)

One of the benefits with doing so is that they travel with your SoundFlow account (the Decks you design inside SoundFlow are stored in your cloud account)

I started to implements my decks inside SF and it is great feature to have all decks available in another facility. Very nice .-)

I am starting to build my own decks inside Soundflow and now I understand how this all works and it is very intuitive and such a time saver.

              1. That's wonderful to hear, @Stefan_Mohl!
