    I cannot set a desk to show up in my stream deck device

    System Information

    SoundFlow 5.4.2

    OS: darwin 20.6.0

    ProductName: macOS
    ProductVersion: 11.7.2
    BuildVersion: 20G1020

    Steps to Reproduce

    1. I've connected my stream deck device to my computer and the sound flow app have detected it. It's seens ok
    2. But, when I select a deck and press the button Show desk, with my device selected in the dropdown menu, it does nothing in the devices, just the sound flow logo shows in the device. Before, it works before but after a long time without using it.. I don't know what happen.

    Expected Result

    The desks show up in my stream deck device

    Actual Result

    Nothing

    Workaround

    No yet.. I tried different USB ports, first it was connected to a hub and then directly to the computer. Thak you

      Hi @Bilal_Bloughbiri,

      This 99% of the time is due to the Stream Deck device restarting because it temporarily is lacking enough power delivered on the USB bus.

      Please try to connect the device directly to your computer (no hub or adapter), not as a solution, but as a first troubleshooting step. If that works, you know that it's the hub/adapter/power delivery.

        If you have already tried other USB ports it might be worthwhile quitting SoundFlow from the SoundFlow icon up by the clock and then restarting SoundFlow from the applications folder to see if that resolves the issue.
