I CAN'T OPEN BOUCE FACTORY RENDER FAILED

    Hello I'm try to open bounce factory I can't I have a error message like that : scheps bounce factory : render failed
    type Error : cannot read property 'progressDlgVis' of undefined
    I don't know why he do that
    ps : i have already make a upgrade. and I'm work on Pro Tools 2023.6.0.1

                Hi @MLM_MLM ,

                Could you please run the Collect User Files script in the package and send a link to the files it puts on the desktop? Also, please make sure you're on SoundFlow version 5.4.3 and Bounce Factory 1.4.20.

                Whenever it's completely broken like this it's usually an easy fix.

                  And it definitely works with PTs 2023.6 so that's all good

                      Also, those error messages are a little weird, one is talking about a different script ("Close First Audiosuite Plugin"). Are two things being triggered somehow?

                      And also, it could be as simple as restarting the computer
