    Running the command to open Peripherals, I/O Seup, Playback Engine, Preferences brings up an error message.

    System Information

    SoundFlow 5.4.8

    OS: darwin 23.0.0

    ProductName: macOS
    ProductVersion: 14.0
    BuildVersion: 23A339

    Steps to Reproduce

    1. With PT opened, I run the command to open the Peripherals, I/O Seup, Playback Engine or Preferences window.
    2. The windows open, but immediately afterwards, I get an error.

    The error message is: Pro Tools Peripherals failed. Soundflow.Shortcuts.AXUIElementException: kAXErrorCannotComplete

    Expected Result

    I should be able to launch these windows without an error.

    Actual Result

    The windows will open, but I get an error message.

    Workaround

    None

                I get the same error when Committing a track. or Duplicating a track.

                  Thanks, Dean! I see some patterns in the issues you are seeing. Let's cap the reports on perhaps one more, because they most likely are all related - then I'll let you know if we need more details as we get closer to working with Avid on this :)

                      1. I meant - no need to send in more reports (maybe perhaps just one more, if you feel like it) - as I see patterns in the ones you've already shared, so it might not be worth your time until we've addressed the core issues that are already seen in your already filed reports.
