Steps to Reproduce
- Run "Recall Track Preset on Selected Track", "New Track with Track Preset", "All Tracks: Trim", or "Add Plugin to Insert Slot (Search)"
- These all fail with various errors from not being able to select popup menus
- "New Track with Track Preset" fails with "kAXErrorCannotComplete"
- Others are mostly failing with "could not open popup menu" related issues
Expected Result
Expected that popup menu items would be selected
Actual Result
The popup menu is opened but nothing is selected.
Workaround
None found.
Other Notes
I know we have a few reports on the main Support section for Sonoma, but I figured I'd try to get some really clean reports with commands from the built-in Pro Tools Package. If anything other than menu's and pop-up menu's seem off as I try more, I'll report back!

Have you tried adding a small relative offset to the clicking of the track title button on the "Recall Track Preset" script? As it may not be a Sonoma issue.

Here's a quick screen recording from Sonoma-land. I tried using relative offsets for "recall track preset" and "new track with track preset" - neither seemed to fix the underlying issues.
I demo-ed firing each of the scripts from this report (4 in total, listed in step 1 above) - seemingly there are two separate issues:
- Popup-menu's are opening but not selecting a menu item.
- "kAXErrorCannotComplete" when using "new track with track preset" (which now that I think of it, this is a menu click for "Track > New..." same issue Dustin saw with menuClicks and I saw initially here
Also, for posterity - I ran all four scripts here in macOS 12 Monterey without an issue.

I'm pleased to let you know that SoundFlow now supports using Pro Tools on macOS Sonoma.
To get full Sonoma support, SoundFlow 5.7+, Pro Tools 2024.3+ and macOS Sonoma 14.3+ are required.
