Can you provide more context on what you're trying to do? I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "I can't edit anything".
If you are simply trying to open the SoundFlow interface you can do this by clicking the SoundFlow icon in the top right of your screen (up by the clock) and then clicking "Open SoundFlow"

This is most likely because your screen configuration has changed and SF's algorithm to try to detect this has failed. You can reset this cache by removing the "sfgui" settings folder in the SoundFlow AppSupport directory. See here for instructions on how to fix this:
