Generating deck grid dimensions and/or surface widgets dynamically/programmatically
Hey, I'm looking to generate a set of controls (could be a deck, could be a surface; not sure yet) based on data found in a Pro Tools session. Think like quick keys for a palette of clips, and the rows and columns represent specific variants thereof. The dimensions of the grid would be contingent on the number of variants that would be constructed from the contents of the session. So the ask is: how do you generate either a deck (dimensions, button contents) or a surface (widget layout, triggers) programmatically?
The thing I'm imagining is probably closer to a grid of buttons and so a deck would probably satisfice but the target is an iPad so a surface is also viable (and may even be preferable for future directions given the variety of widgets).

Hi Dorian,
Generating/rendering entirely dynamic decks and/or surfaces is possible on the Developer Program. I already shared a few details in my reply to another thread of yours on how to get in touch if you're interested in knowing more about it.
