Best controllers?
I have an Avid S1 which by default doesn't seem like it works at all with CS Control which wasn't surprising. I saw you use the Midi Fighter Twister which seems like a great solution. Are there any other possible controller options you know of that might work well with CS Control? I'm particularly interested in using CS Control to work with the three faders in Hush Pro's audio suite plugin for dialogue editing (https://hushaudioapp.com/products/hush-pro)
Do you think a simple midi fader controller like this would work?

Thanks for making this Chris!

Thanks for posting a question or an issue related to the 'CS Control' package.
This package is made by @Chris_Shaw. We're auto-tagging them here so that they will hopefully be able to help you. Please note, that the best way to get help with a script, macro or other content installed from the Store is to select the script you installed, then click the red Need help button, and then click "Get help with this script or macro".
By using this workflow, the developer of the package will get access to more information so they'll be able to help you quicker.

Thanks for reaching out Zach,
I do t think that controller is suitable for this app.
CS Control requires endless rotary controls in order to work. Endless controllers can change the value of a parameter relative to its current position without the need of passing through, matching its current value, or causing a parameter to jump to the current position of the physical knob being turned. Standard MIDI knobs (0-127) limit the flexibility of what can be done with a plugin controller - the range of control is limited to 128 steps and doesn't allow for programming knob response. Endless/incremental knobs overcome this limitation because they're agnostic to a parameter's value - it just tells a parameter to increase or decrease it value or position by its smallest increment. There are quite few MIDI controllers available with endless encoders:
I use the DJ TechTools MIDI Fighter Twister (great controller, horrible name):

Thank You Chris! What do You think about Softube Console 1? Can this one work with CS Control?

I'm not sure. If it ssends out MIDI CC data as descibed above then it should.
Here's a video to explain:- Ooleg baranov @oleg_baranov6
