Bounce Factory Can't import frozen track session data to complete bounces
Hey Andrew! Love bounce factory. For some reason this started acting up on me yesterday. I have all the lastest updates of soundflow and BF. When I run bounces from BF it goes through the progression and it gets caught when it tries to import session data with frozen tracks. It has happened on all the sessions that I tried it with that have frozen tracks. If you watch my video you will see bounce factory doesn't seem to know what to do when the "import tracks as new playlist" window pops up. I thought I had found a work around by manually clicking "Okay" and then relaunching BF. It seemed to work then but after coming back to check the stems when it was completed it actually removed all the audio in my session that was frozen. Thankfully I had saved a session to prior to BF so I was able to just go back to that. I really need to get about 5 sessions done before Sunday and would love to find a fix if possible!
Here is the link to the BF report and screencapture of what is happening:

Thank you!

Thanks for posting a question or an issue related to the 'Scheps Bounce Factory' package.
This package is made by @Andrew_Scheps. We're auto-tagging them here so that they will hopefully be able to help you. Please see support instructions here from @Andrew_Scheps:
Bounce Factory Support
The best and fastest way to get help with any Bounce Factory problem is to send the User Files and (if applicable) a screen recording of Bounce Factory failing. The easiest way to do this is to use the "Report a Problem" button in the app:
1. Go to the Bounce Factory settings using the cog in the bottom-right of the app:
2. Click the red "Report A Problem…" button at the bottom of the Settings screen
3. Follow the instructions on the screen.
Thanks!

Hi @Jordan_Oorebeek ,
Thanks for reporting and thanks for the files. Bounce Factory is supposed to remove any frozen tracks from the snapshot because there are issues importing them (as you’ve seen). I won’t be in front of a computer for a while but I’ll have a look when I do.
For the moment, if you only have one Snapshot per session (no matter how many mix passes), you can go to the Bounce Factory settings and click the top of the Snapshot data Recall Filter to turn it off. That will skip the part of the process that’s screwing up.
Thanks!

Hey @Jordan_Oorebeek ,
Is there any chance you froze the tracks between taking the Snapshot and bouncing?
Thanks,
AndrewAndrew Scheps @Andrew_Scheps
Never mind, found what had stopped working. Will be fixed in the next build!
