Copying a Clip to the Clipboard in Pro Tools

Hi! I am very new to SoundFlow, so still trying to work everything out.

This forum post from a little while back seemed very helpful to me: Copy the first clip in the "Clips List" to clipboard

I'm also producing audiobooks, and being able to have a macro that replaces a timeline selection with room tone from the clip list would be amazing, but this doesn't seem to be working for me now. It looks like sf.ui.proTools.spotFile no longer exists. Is there a way to achieve this in SoundFlow?
