    1. HI Fernando,

Thanks for sending your Help/Issue request here, based on our conversation on the chat. Unfortunately, I can't see any problems in the log file.

      Please do the following:

      • Try to go to https://my.soundflow.org using Chrome. Are you able to download version 5.5.0 from there? If not, please let me know and we can send you a direct link. We should investigate if you're unable to access the website, as it may be indicative of your ISP blocking our servers somehow, or it may be that there's a bug on the website that only comes up on specific accounts.
      • Please verify you're not connecting from behind a firewall or VPN which may be blocking your connections.
      • Once 5.5.0 is installed, please verify if things are still not working. If they are not working, please send us a new Help/Issue report. 5.5.0 has significantly improved logging for these kinds of situations. We may also need a screen recording to see exactly what you're seeing (ie. how is it showing that it's not connecting).

          Hi Christian! How are you?
Unfortunately I can't connect to the website as well. I made a screen recording to show how it stays. It just keeps doing this and never really connects. But apparently I can't upload it here, right? I'll upload the jpegs of how the screen stays (forever) just so you know

          Thanks

          1. Hi Fernando,

This does definitely indicate that there's something on your network blocking the connections, unfortunately. Can you confirm you have no software or hardware firewalls or VPNs installed? This could be on your computer, router, as a separate device or at your ISP.

I'm able to log into your account in Chrome here on my end, so this appears to be a local issue.

The weird thing is that I've tried from different computers in different networks and got always the same result. Since I've never installed any VPN can you help me find out where could I've find it? I have a Macbook Pro M2 Max, running Ventura 13.3.
            Thanks a lot!

            1. Hi Fernando,

I'm assuming all those connections were through the same ISP (internet service provider)? Have you tried connecting via your phone's 4g/5g connection instead?

We can't give support on firewalls/VPNs unfortunately, there's an endless amount of 3rd party software and hardware that one can have installed. If you've tried on different computers and networks and you're seeing the same results, but this was through the same ISP, the likelihood is that your ISP is the one having a routing issue / blocking traffic.

                Hi Christian! How are you?!
Thanks a lot for your help, it was exactly what you said! I connected with my phone in 5g, so then it was clear that it was a problem with the provider. Changed a few things on the modem and now I'm back online!
Thanks again for all the effort! Sorry again for all the trouble!

                All the best

                Fernando

                      Hi Fernando,
I'm having the exact same issue here. I can get connected only when I tether my phone 5G to my computer.

Can you please tell me what changes that you made with your modem settings?

                      Very much appreciated.
                      Thank you!
