Copy Track Data failed. Could not open popup menu (__HelperScript: Line 270)

    Title

Copy Track Data failed. Could not open popup menu (__HelperScript: Line 270)

What do you expect to happen when you run the script/macro?

I expect it to execute a copy track data as the author intended.

    Are you seeing an error?

After I run the script it fails with "Cannot open popup menu (__HelperScript: Line 270)"

What happens when you run this script?

It apears to take some actions that happen too fast for me to track but then fails with an error message.

How were you running this script?

    Other

How important is this issue to you?

          Hey @James_Hurley ,

I could use a little more info to help you out.
Could you run the script again and after it fails run the "__Collect User Logs" scipt in the track data utilities package.
This will place a zip file on your desktop.
Upload it to your preferred file sharing service (DropBox, Google Drive, etc) and post the link here.
          Thanks!

Hi Chris, just jumping in on this thread. I'm having the same issue. Here are my user logs after running the script. Thanks in advance!

                Hey @brandonmakesmusic,

The issues you are seeing are likely related to running macOS Sonoma. Unfortunately, SoundFlow and Avid Pro Tools do not currently officially support macOS Sonoma.

There are specific issues with popup menus in Pro Tools, which make workflows like the ones featured in Chris's Track Data Utilities not work as expected on Sonoma.

You can read a response from Christian regarding Sonoma here:
                Sonoma Issues #post-3

                1. As Chad has stated - it's a problem w/ Sonoma.
Hopefully, once PT is approved for Sonoma this will resolve itself.

Thank you all for the help. Unfortunately, I am stuck on Sonoma since I just purchased a new machine. Fingers crossed that Avid supports Sonoma sometime this month. Looking forward to using Soundflow in the future.

                      Best,
                      Brandon
