    MY STREAM DECK ISN'T BEING RECOGNIZED BY SOUNDFLOW

    System Information

    SoundFlow 5.4.8

    OS: darwin 22.4.0

    ProductName: macOS
    ProductVersion: 13.3.1
    BuildVersion: 22E261

    Steps to Reproduce

    1. Open soundflow
    2. Select "Set Up Stream Deck"
    3. Select option to use with soundflow

    Expected Result

    Device should appear in a list of discovered decks (in this case, the only one connected ) to be selectable to assign decks to

    Actual Result

    There is no stream deck available to select, despite the physical stream deck being connedted via usb and appearing on.

    Workaround

    No

    Other Notes

    This was at one point working, and began not working out of nowhere. I have attempted multiple ports, restarts etc...

      Hi David,

      I'm sorry to hear you're having issues getting your Stream Deck to connect.

      According to the log files, macOS only presents the following list of HID devices to SoundFlow:

      I went through your log file for the last day and at no point during that day did macOS indicate to SoundFlow that a Stream Deck was connected to your computer.
      If you have tried connecting directly to the ports on your computer (not via a hub or converter) this could indicate there's something wrong with the Stream Deck device you're using or the physical cable you're using to connect. Please note that when macOS does not present the device to SoundFlow, SoundFlow itself can't bypass the OS.
      The fact that the OS doesn't detect the device means something fundamental appears to be wrong.
