Error when using Pro Tools & X-Touch

Hi there, I'm new to soundflow but I've got the few macros I was keen to use set up and mapped to my keyboard - that's great.

I use Pro Tools Studio with a Behringer X Touch controller in HUI mode. This thing sprays out MIDI but it works well.

I also use an app called Render Friend, this is shortcuts to audiosuite plugins - no external control needed/wanted.

When I push certain keys on the X Touch with Pro Tools focused on screen I'm getting soundflow errors popping up - for example the save button on the x touch pops up:

I have no midi macros - what is it trying to do and how do i stop it? Is there a way to tell soundflow to ignore a device?

        Thanks for contacting SoundFlow support.

Please note, that the best way to get help with a script, macro or other content installed from the Store or content that you've made yourself, is to select the script/macro, then click the red Need help button, and then click "Get help with this script or macro".
By using this method, we will get access to more information and so should be able to help you quicker.
You can read more about how this works here: bit.ly/sfscripthelp

If you're seeing an error that isn't related to scripts or macros, and you think this is a bug in SoundFlow, please file a Help/Issue bug report.
You can see how to do this by going to bit.ly/sfhelpissue

          Hi Mark,

My guess is that you have some other software which is firing off keyboard shortcuts that then get caught by the way you've assigned keyboard shortcuts to those macros in SoundFlow.

Please note that without your log files it'll be very difficult to help further, so I'd advise to follow the steps outlined here:

Im a bonehead, in my fumbling around I’d managed to assign a catch all midi macro from x touch with a bad target. Thanks for your help though!
