Error Creating Snapshot in PT 23.9.0.155

    Hello! I am having a problem creating a snapshot within JUST PT 23.9.0.155. This error does not happen in 23.6. Everything is updated to the most current version.

    It happens after I set things up & hit "proceed."

        Bounce Factory Support


        The best and fastest way to get help with any Bounce Factory problem is to send the User Files and (if applicable) a screen recording of Bounce Factory failing. The easiest way to do this is to use the "Report a Problem" button in the app:


        1. Go to the Bounce Factory settings using the cog in the bottom-right of the app:


        2. Click the red "Report A Problem…" button at the bottom of the Settings screen


        3. Follow the instructions on the screen.

            Hi @Matt_Huber ,

            You're actually on a really old version of Bounce Factory (1.4.14) which wouldn't be compatible with Pro Tools 23.9. Update to 1.5.20 and you should be good to go!

                Well that is strange -- when I go to the store, it says that I AM on 1.5.20...but then I looked at the app and it said I'm on 1.4.14...I went ahead and uninstalled BF & reinstalled it and am now on the current version.

                Thanks for spotting that and saving me a lot of headache!
