Delay & Reverb Time Calculator scripts not working
Hi there,
Neither the reverb calc nor delay calc seem to be working for me in ProTools. I've made sure PT was targetted and tried running it in edit and mix windows.
Reverb: "Undefined Pre Delay - undefined ms - decay time nan ms"
Delay: "Default preset failed: TypeError: cannot read property 'tofixed' of undefined"
System:
Pro Tools 2023.9.0
Streamdeck XL 8x4
Mac Studio M2
2 x external displays
Ventura 13.6
Soundflow Version 5.5.3
Streamdeck 6.5.0 (19904)
Thanks in advance!
Joe

Thanks for posting a question or an issue related to the 'Delay Calculator' package.
This package is made by @nathansalefski. We're auto-tagging them here so that they will hopefully be able to help you. Please note, that the best way to get help with a script, macro or other content installed from the Store is to select the script you installed, then click the red Need help button, and then click "Get help with this script or macro".
By using this workflow, the developer of the package will get access to more information so they'll be able to help you quicker.

When using the Delay Calculator's default template, you must make sure you select an option for all three parameters. I have updated it to calculate a standard delay by default instead of forcing you to choose one which may have been the issue you were running into. For the Reverb Calculator, I cannot replicate this issue. Could you send me a screen recording of what happens when you try running the script please.

Hi Nathan,
Thanks for the response and apologies for my lengthy delay as I'm still catching up after xmass/NY.
Reverb calc seems to be working for me now with the update, and selecting the note option solved the delay calc issue. (I hadn't realised I needed to make an editable copy to do this as the "select..." and drop down arrow aren't available in the default preset, and it wasn't immediately obvious what the process was for setting this up.)
I'll create presets for all the options and a deck when I get a chance, alternatively are there any ready made XL decks currently available for this?
Thanks
Regards

Sure thing, I've added all presets and two decks. Once you update the package it should be good to go!

Awesome, thank you Nathan - will let you know if I run in to any issues.
