How do I copy latest downloaded audio file to current Pro Tools audio files folder?

I'm just a few days into my Soundflow training. I'd like to be able to press a button on my Stream Deck and have the latest audio file in my downloads folder be copied and pasted into the current Audio Files folder of my Pro Tools session.

My apologies if this has already been addressed. I've been looking in the forum for some ideas, but I'm not sure if I even know the correct terms to search for yet.
