Trigger and hold 'press key' until release with Stream Deck

Is there a simple solution to triggering and holding a key stroke (press key) with Stream Deck?
For example: (backslash) to trigger Source Elements Talkback plugin.

If Source Elements will react to MIDI notes on/off, then the solution I proposed on the other thread should help!
