Stream Deck+ touch panel

Hey @Alex_Vorb,

At the moment SF does not support swiping on the SD+ touch display (correct @chrscheuer ?).
The good news is that the next version of CS Control will have a much quicker way of accessing an additional two layers of parameters without the need to switch banks. You'll be able to control three parameters on each knob / switch by holding down modifiers.
There's also another couple of new features and improvements with the SD+ as well.
