Copy-Paste from Deck to Deck?

Hi there,
Still relatively new here and trying to figure out a few things
Is there a simple way to freely move buttons from one deck to another?
Say I have custom deck A, and I want to add one button there that takes me to the "Pro Tools Main Deck" that is in the SF PT package.
I tried making an editable copy of the deck, adding it to my own package, and copying/pasting or drag to my custom deck. The icons appear on the custom deck but they don't seem to work!

Some Decks in packages are locked in some kind of proprietary Soundflow way.
For example you can't copy the buttons from them.
A deck you made yourself would be fine, just copy and paste from one to another.
