Copy track data error

    When running "Copy Track Data", SF times out on the "Save Track Preset" menu and I get the following error message:
    Element was not found or removed after waiting 2000 ms (Copy Track Data: Line 31)

    I've deleted the SF track presets as suggested.

    I'm on MacOS 13.6.4 and Pro Tools Ultimate HDX 2023.12.1. Thanks!

              Hey @Mike_Thorne,
              I'm running the same OS/PT versions as you and everything seems to be working fine.
              By any chance are you storing your user settings on Google Drive or other cloud service?
              This would be under the Operation tab in PT Preferences / Settings:

              I haven't been able to get TDU to use Google Drive (it's really tricky)

              If you're not using a cloud service to store your settings, please try running Copy Track Data again. When it fails, run the "__Collect User Logs" script inside the Track Data Utilities package. This will place a zip file on your desktop. Upload it to to DropBox (or whatever file sharing service you use) a post the link here.
              Additionally, a screen recording of it failing would very helpful if you have the time to post one here.

              Thanks
              //CS//

              1. New version up (2.0.71) - TDU should now work with different PT settings location (Settings... > Operation > Documentation and Settings).
                If you change this setting be sure to run the "__Reset Track Data Utilities" script first.

                    This is finally working for me again - Thank you! :-)

                    1. Thank for letting me know.
                      Sorry it took a while, I was pretty busy with a large mix project.
