Lately and seemingly at random, SoundFlow will quit. The icon isn't in my menu bar, my Stream Deck is stuck on the SoundFlow icon and I cannot relaunch the app without a reset. PT 3

Steps to Reproduce
a) the time it crashed - how does that look: Everything was run pretty sequentially. I don't remember the exact time but I'm almost certain it was around 19:10 - 19:15 EST. This time, my Stream Deck remained frozen on my "Main" Deck and the SoundFlow icon was not visible in my menu bar.
b) the time you ran the Terminal code to clean out any processes: This code was run in the same time frame 19:10 - 19:15 EST. I ran it twice. First I ran it, tried to relaunch, ran it again and tried to relaunch again.
c) the time you attempted to launch SF again afterwards: Again same time frame 19:10 - 19:15 EST.

Could this have anything to do with the Pro Tools SDK? I tried installing it recently and I never got it to work but perhaps that's causing some issue.

From the log, it looks like macOS is starting to be shut down at that time:

That brings SF into a state where it's prepared for the macOS shutdown. It looks like in that state, the behind the scenes processes don't get cleaned out properly. When you then try to launch SF again, it fails because that backend process is still running.

Certainly not I. While I was working in a session yesterday, I ran into this issue mid session. I'll try to be more observant and provide more info as to what could be the cause.

Thanks, Nathan. It may be possible to locate info about a potential shutdown in your system's logs (open the "Console" app to browse them to look for events occurring around that time).
If you're using other automation software it may also be worth it to try to rule out any potential conflicts there (for example if they end up simulating keystrokes that makes SF believe it should quit, or sth like that)Nathan Salefski @nathansalefski

Hey @chrscheuer this has happened to me maybe 5 times today. The last being at 16:27 EST. Here's the logs from today. Seems like after the update to 5.6.1. it got worse.
