    Certain commands are not working in SoundFLow, getting error message

    System Information

    SoundFlow 5.2.2

    OS: darwin 21.6.0

    ProductName: macOS
    ProductVersion: 12.5.1
    BuildVersion: 21G83

    Steps to Reproduce

    When I select certain commands on SoundFlow, I am getting an error message that says "This command requires the Pro Tools language to be set to English." It is not happenning with every command, just a couple of them. This started a few days ago, seemingly out of knowhere. For example, i am using the "color palette" command, to toggle the Pro Tool color palette on and off. THe command doesnt work, and I get the same error message everytime "This command requires the Pro Tools language to be set to English."

    Expected Result

    The command should work, and the color palette should open

    Actual Result

    "This command requires the Pro Tools language to be set to English."

    Workaround

    No

    Other Notes

    i did not do any systems or software updates that would make this error message begin.

    1. Hi Daniel,

      I'm sorry you are experiencing this issue.

      It looks like you are still on an older version of SoundFlow (the newest is 5.5.4). As a first troubleshooting step, please manually update to the latest version of SoundFlow from the following link:
      https://my.soundflow.org/install

      If the issue persists let me know and we'll investigate further.
