Steps to Reproduce
- Attach stream deck
- open soundlfow app
- click set up stream deck
- Under "Stream Deck devices" it says Done
- Click Go back /Use Stream deck App
- Click use your devices directly from soundflow
- Back to first page where it says Congratulations...but no listing of device
Expected Result
Stream Deck should appear in the expected list of decks
Actual Result
No stream deck is available

Have tried connecting directly to computer without USB hub but same result. Have also looked at all troubleshooting threads/videos.

This is what I'm seeing in the log file when SF lists available HID devices:

It appears macOS in your case is not reporting the device as connected at any point (I checked the log file from your last day)

I was getting the Streamdeck logo showing but now I'm getting full connection so it was possibly a lose cable connection on the stream deck end. All is well now.
