There was an error finishing the Snapshot

    I have this issue I can't really seem to solve myself, so please help!
    Though I tried all different settings, this song and the other one can't go through to the end after pressing "PROCEED" button.

        Bounce Factory Support


        The best and fastest way to get help with any Bounce Factory problem is to send the User Files and (if applicable) a screen recording of Bounce Factory failing. The easiest way to do this is to use the "Report a Problem" button in the app:


        1. Go to the Bounce Factory settings using the cog in the bottom-right of the app:


        2. Click the red "Report A Problem…" button at the bottom of the Settings screen


        3. Follow the instructions on the screen.

            Thanks for sending the files! Could you do me a favor? In the logs it is having trouble with the track called Sekaikei_LOVE - Vocal_RoughStem_240122:

            Couple of things. Could you confirm that the track has a colon at the end (or even in the middle) of the name? If so that may be the issue and I'll test it later. If not could you tell me what type of track it is and whether it's frozen or anything like that?

                Hello Andrew!

                The problem track was an inactive audio track, but it didn't have a colon in any part of the name. But once I got rid of the track, it went through to the end, no more error!! Thank you!!
                Both sessions that have this issue carry inactive tracks in inactive folder tracks at the very bottom of the sessions. Would it be the cause maybe?

                    Weird. Could you send a session with no audio? I should be able to fix that.
