How To Resize Tracks - Old Ways Not Working

Hi Smart People!
I have some macros and scripts that resize tracks...but now they don't work because of the updated pro tools.
I noticed there wasn't a built in soundflow way to set a track size to a specific height.

Can someone show me the bit of code that would do that in Pro Tools 2024.3?
