    Steps to Reproduce

    1. Activated my account via Pro tools app still ask for 90 trial activation
      clicked activation safari opens and is hung on log in

    Running OSX sonoma 14

    i would expect to be able to Log in to your web site

    1. Hi Donald,

      I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble logging in to our website. If it doesn't work in Safari, I'd recommend trying with Chrome. It's possible there's an issue with your specific account preventing it from working in Safari.

      I notice though that you currently have an active 90-day trial of SoundFlow Cloud Pro and an active SoundFlow Cloud Avid Edition - so everything looks to be in order with your account, and I can see from your report here, that you're also successfully logged in to the app.

          Thanks for your fast reply..
          I have over come that issue by a reboot only to encounter another.
          Soundflow show 90 trial activation button -(is this normal?)
          Soundflow does not proceed with Pro tools setup after I link my iPad to stream deck
          See the app won't detect the iPad connection

          Please advise

            Yes - you have a 90-day trial of SoundFlow Cloud Pro. Please see the link I shared in my last comment.

            It sounds like you may be confusing a few different concepts here. Our Quick Start guide allows you to either set up SoundFlow with an iPad or with a Stream Deck (physical device).
            You should not install the Stream Deck app anywhere (if that's what you mean by linking your iPad and Stream Deck).

            If you're attempting to set up SoundFlow with an iPad, you need to install the SoundFlow app on your iPad. You should be guided through that in the guide.
