    Title

Frequency Scale views not working with Izotope RX 10

What do you expect to happen when you run the script/macro?

The preset is supposed to change the Frequency Scale in Izotope RX to Extended Log. It should right click on the Frequency Scale and select Extended Log from the options.

    Are you seeing an error?

What happens when you run this script?

It appears that the mouse moves to the correct location (meaning the frequency scale bar on the right hand side of the Izotope window.), but the scale does not change. This is true for any of the Frequency Scale options.

How were you running this script?

I used a Stream Deck button

How important is this issue to you?

          Thanks Mike,

I shall take a look. Is this something that was working before, and just stopped working?

Yes. It was working before I updated to Sonoma.

I feel like it may have something to do with the context menu, same issue that Pro Tools was experiencing, maybe?

                Thanks for clarifying.

I'll take a look when I get into my Sonoma partition next.

                    Thanks @Kitch!!

Here's a short screen recording to show you exactly what's happening as well to hopefully give you a better insight.

Thanks, Mike. Does this still happen when you trigger it from a physical stream deck device or keyboard shortcut (with no modifiers)?

Yes it does. I typically trigger it from my Stream Deck Plus, I just wanted to show the button I was clicking for the screen record.

As of now, the only way I can make this work is by manually right clicking the frequency scale and selecting Extended Log with the mouse.

I appreciate all the info. I'll see what I can do to fix it.

                            Hi Mike,

This will be fixed in Version 1.1.4 of the iZotope RX package. The update will be in the store sometime next week. :-)

Feel free to bump this mid-next week in case I forget.
