How can I write this script for Logic Pro?

    What i'd like to do:

    1. Add an I/O plugin to the selected track in Logic Pro.
    2. Within the I/O plugin, change the "output" and "input" settings to my desired analog mixing console, SSL Fusion.
    3. Set the track's output to Bus 10.
    4. Add a new track with the volume turned all the way down and the input set to Bus 10.
    5. Add an auxiliary track with the input set to Bus 10.

      Hi @Anthon_Backstrom,

Step 1: This can be done by creating a preset in the Logic Pro package's Plugin Loader

Step 2: there is no premade functionality for this in the Logic Pro package yet, but feel free to request it in the Ideas Section of the forum.

Step 3: This can be achieved by creating a preset using the "Select Track Optput" in the Logic Pro packages "Track Functions" folder.

      Step 4

      • You can create a new track by using a preset with the "Create Tracks" command template.
      • We don't currently have functionality for setting the fader volume.
      • Setting the track Input can be achieved by creating a preset using the "Select Track Input" in the Logic Pro package "Track Functions" folder.

Step 5: We don't have a function to create Aux tracks in the package yet but please feel free to request this.

You can then combine the presets you've made into a macro.

Please also see this reply on your other thread.
