Hi Daniel,
If it shows a Stream Deck / Elgato logo and not a SF one, it's likely either because of:
a) You have the Stream Deck app running so SoundFlow can't take control, or,
b) There's a power issue.See more here for b:

Based on your log files, it indicates macOS is not seeing the device:
17.04.2024 12:59:02.33 <info> [Backend]: HID Devices Available: Apple Inc. Display Audio 790B1116 (VID 05ac, PID 1105, version 1.11) Magic Keyboard with Touch ID and Numeric Keypad 08-95-42-ef-cb-85 (VID 004c, PID 029f, version 0.0) Apple Magic Keyboard with Touch ID and Numeric Keypad 08-95-42-ef-cb-85 (VID 05ac, PID 029f, version 0.0) Apple Inc. Apple LED Cinema Display (VID 05ac, PID 9226, version 2.93) Apple Magic Keyboard with Touch ID and Numeric Keypad 08-95-42-ef-cb-85 (VID 004c, PID 029f, version 2.6) Arduino LLC Arduino Leonardo HIDGD (VID 2341, PID 8036, version 1.0) Magic Keyboard with Touch ID and Numeric Keypad 08-95-42-ef-cb-85 (VID 004c, PID 029f, version 0.0)
This could also be due to a problem with your HUB or cables. If macOS doesn't see the device, SF can't either, as we communicate through the OS.

Ah - the connector on the back of the StreamDeck had come slightly loose, must have not been getting enough power. Thanks!
