Bounce Factory Not Opening
Hi! I cannot get the BF App to open - just updated my soundflow to 5.7.7 and just installed the newest BF - when i try to launch bounce factory, it seems to open my pro tools preferences, then some error messages show up in the top right corner of the screen, and then the bounce factory window appears but only says "loading..."

Bounce Factory Support
The best and fastest way to get help with any Bounce Factory problem is to send the User Files and (if applicable) a screen recording of Bounce Factory failing. The easiest way to do this is to use the "Report a Problem" button in the app:
1. Go to the Bounce Factory settings using the cog in the bottom-right of the app:
2. Click the red "Report A Problem…" button at the bottom of the Settings screen
3. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Have you had Bounce Factory installed before? Could you please take a screen recording of it failing? Capture the whole screen so I can see the error messages too.
Also, in the Bounce Factory package there are some utility scripts. Please run Collect User Files and send a link to the file it puts in your desktop.

I ran into this issue today again (it was my first time opening bounce factory since i had this issue previously), and when i trashed the app settings it seemed to fix that issue. However, I'm having a couple others now - in the screen recording you'll see the "new window configuration window" pop up, but if I don't manually click through it, it'll time out and stop creating the snapshot. and then, you'll see it fail while gathering the bounce settings.

Unfortunately SoundFlow isn't compatible with OS 14.0. There were a bunch of things Apple broke and only fixed in 14.4 and later. Once you have time to update your OS all should be well. I'm on 14.5 and everything is very happy and stable here.

This is the data file. I will look out for that update. I am on 14.1.1 and considering updating, but I am a little hesitant. I'll try that update first.

According tot the SF compatibility site you need to be on 14.3 or higher (https://soundflow.org/docs/getting-started/install-soundflow/system-requirements). FWIW 14.4.1 is working perfectly here.
Try the BF update first just to see, but you might have other problems related to the OS.
