Was hoping the last update to fix this bit it didn't..
BUT! i found out that all the preset i tried to create were in fact created in a different profile!
That should maybe help you finding what"s wrong here..

Hi Chris,
When i tried to create a preset by all the options avaible in the genreric button package ( duplicate the default , using the + icin " add a new preset , or the "new" gui box nothing seems to happen, but i suspected something was fishy in my main profile so open an other to see i could there create a new preset ,and boom on the other profile , were already there the millons preset i tried to create... ( my main profile is "lucas default" the one where the preset were create was unnamed but is now called "start".

Yes, we were able to reproduce this in my Yahoo account, but there were no specific circumstances where the issue occurred. This is the first I've seen this in anyone else's account.
We initially had it logged under SF-696.

I took a look at @Lucas_Frisch's account, and I'm able to reproduce the issue.
It seems to be "Profile" specific.
I was able to create presets in Lucas's "start" profile, but not in the "Lucas default" profile.
If I create a preset in the "Lucas default" profile, it is created but is not visible. When switching to the "start" profile, the presets is visible.
So if I create a preset named "Newly Created Preset" in the "Lucas default" Profile. It does not appear...
This is how it looks in the "start" Profile
Hopefully, that narrows it down. :-)

Thanks, Lucas. I notice in this profile you've manually selected which packages to enable/disable. I think this is likely to be the source of the issue. Could you change this setting for the profile so that it enables all packages and try again?

There is still some weirdness here...i create a preset by duplicating the factory one the old name persist "test " in the streamdeck boxe...weird..; even an icon won't show..like the preset still retain the default name..

Hi Lucas,
These types of presets are a bit different than normal commands, so you set the title for these inside of the preset itself (you've set the title to "Test" in your preset)
