Soundflow app not opening

    Soundflow app won't open any more. I've tried reinstalling, restarting my computer, installing older versions and still nothing.

    Running on Mac Studio (m1 Ultra)

    Mac OS Ventura 13.5

          Hi Brayan,

          You might be dealing with a permissions issue - please see the instructions here:
          Sound Flow - Log In Issue - Security & Privacy #post-11

          If this doesn't help, please let us know and we can guide you to share your log files and crash reports with us, and we can take a look at why it's not starting on your computer.

              Hi, thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, that didn't resolve the issue as I don't even get the soundflow icon in the top right corner of the screen. If it helps I started noticing the issue after I had to reactivate my account.

                    Thanks for the log file. It looks like something's going wrong in the auto-update, possibly because there's a corrupted cached file somewhere or because of problems in your internet connection.

                    Please download the newest installer (5.7.8) from here and run it:
                    https://soundflow.org/account/downloads

                    Did you follow the steps in the video? I'll ping @Chad here to help you troubleshoot further. You should be able to follow the steps in the video even if you don't get the SF icon.

                      Hey @Brayan_Murillo,

                      Could you provide a screen recording of attempting to launch the application from Finder? Does the icon in the menubar show at any point? Have any other notifications been shown to you when launching the application?

                      If you can link to a screen recording via Dropbox, Google Drive, or some other file-sharing service, I can better help diagnose the possible issues.

                          it looks like thats the last log that soundflow was able to generate on my system

                              thats also the day that i reactivated my account / updated soundflow if that helps.

                                If you've run and installed 5.7.8 after, then please send that same file again, as it should have at the very least been updated with your attempts at running 5.7.8.
