My stream deck isnt seeing soundflow. It used to but a few weeks ago it stopped seeing soundflow. When I click on the setup stream deck button in the soundflow options and it quits the screen deck software and says that the process is done and now I can use it; nothing shows up. When I click "Show deck" in soundflow; nothing happens. In the Device box for my surfaces; it only sees "This Machine" and not the stream deck. My stream deck software is at the latest version but it also wasnt working on the previous versionAny ideas?

Steps to Reproduce
- Close soundflow and re-open
- Close elgato and re-open
- click show deck
- Configure stream deck in the soundflow software etc.
Expected Result
I should expect it to show up but nothing is working

Nothing.

Thanks for reaching out about this.
Unfortunately, the Elgato Stream Deck app is designed to take over all connected Stream Decks, so we have designed SoundFlow in the same way. So you'll need to quit out of the Elgato Stream Deck software first and then possibly restart SoundFlow.
So this means you'll have to either use SoundFlow for everything (our recommendation), or the Stream Deck app for everything (using the more annoying process to connect everything locally via the Stream Deck plugin system - meaning you can't just easily move around with your SF account to different computers).
You can continue using the Stream Deck app, but you'll have to set things up manually in SoundFlow. When using the SoundFlow app to control the Stream Deck, we can do everything automatically because we have complete control.
