Thanks, @Richard_Weigert!
@chrscheuer, I just had a short Zoom call with Richard.
Richard is running SoundFlow on a Mac Studio running macOS Ventura.
Here are the things we tried on the call:- I had Richard attempt to create a new trial with a different email. We were able to log in to this secondary account, but the computer was still unable to run any commands.
- I then had Richard delete the SoundFlow app from
/Applications/
and deleted the Application Support Files from~/Library/Application Support/SoundFlow
. He restarted the computer, and then we installed SoundFlow 5.8.0 from the website. We logged into his original account and tried running "Show Deck" for the Pro Tools Main Deck and the "Run Preset" button for the "Activate Finder" command in the Basics > Apps & UI package. Neither command worked. - I had Richard show me his SoundFlow log files, and there are some
Unhandled Promise Rejection:Command not found:
errors being thrown.
From there, I had Richard upload these logs to this new Support thread so that you could review them.
One thing I'm noticing here is that Richard is running macOS Ventura 13.0.1. @Richard_Weigert, would you be willing to attempt to update to the latest version of macOS Ventura - version 13.6.7?
You should be able to update to the latest version of macOS Ventura without updating to Sonoma (which would be a bigger change). - RIn reply toRichard_Weigert3⬆:Richard Weigert @Richard_Weigert
Okay nice. that could have been much more quicker! I neverr thought about that that my be the Problem. Now after updating to the latest ventura Version 13.6.7 instead of 13.0.1, everything works perfekt! Great. Thank You!
