OBS button toggles working on Streamdeck, but not on iPad

As per the subject, I love the way the button colours change when muting/unmuting, or selecting scenes on the Streamdeck.
Makes for very easy use when streaming.

However, when I load the same deck onto the iPad for mobile operation away from the desk, ie at the drum kit, the button colours don't work, so I can't tell if my mic channel is on or off.

Am I missing something, or does the functionality simply not exist?
If it doesn't exist, is there a way I can easily display something so I can tell the state of the channel from afar?

    Many thanks,

    Chris

Thanks for posting a question or an issue related to the 'OBS' package.
This package is made by @chrscheuer. We're auto-tagging them here so that they will hopefully be able to help you.

Please note, that the best way to get help with a script, macro or other content installed from the Store is to select the script you installed, then click the red Need help button, and then click "Get help with this script or macro".
By using this workflow, the developer of the package will get access to more information so they'll be able to help you quicker.

          Hi Chris,

You're right, this feature is currently not implemented for decks on iPads. This is because the meta commands used in the OBS package are currently using our newer rendering engine, which has not yet been ported to iPads.

We should be able to improve the meta commands though, so that they fall back to our older rendering engine for iPads, so that you can still see a difference in the buttons (although not as pretty).

This issue is now tracked internally by SoundFlow as SF-1411

                  Hi Christian,

got it.Thanks. "We should be able to improve the meta commands" - is something I can do, or something you'll have to do and update the package?

                  Many thanks,

                  Chris

                  1. Hi Chris,
