Disable Fn functions on Mac OS Monterey when PT launches

Hi
I want to use the Fn keys on Apple Magic Keyboard on Pro Tools without having to disable it manually on System Preferences > Keyboard everytime.
I'm trying to do a macro for disabling the Fn functions keys as standard function keys when Pro Tools launches. I've tried to write a macro with Popup specific mouse clicks but wasn't successful with the task. I've probably made something wrong but SF had difficulties finding the right area to click on System Preferences.
I'm on Monterey 12.7.6
Can anybody help me with this kind of macro please?
