    Stuck in creating Media Uploader Preset in Notes app

    Steps to Reproduce

    1. Install Notes App
    2. Go to Installed Packages -> Notes - > Media Uploader -> Default Preset
    3. Press New -> Preset
    4. Press Configure
    5. Follow Steps until "Please choose the Frame-io team you'd like to use"

    Expected Result

    It should let me choose team

    Actual Result

    It only shows a nlank white page and the program gets stuck. Can't exit or move back.

      Thanks for letting us know about this. Is your Frame.io account using the new v4 beta of Frame.io or are you on the v3 version?

            I see. Currently, the v4 beta of Frame.io is not supported, since Frame.io changed a bunch of APIs and their beta launched right around the time we were launching the Notes integration.
            Once the v4 beta matures, we should be able to add support for this as well.

                Linked issue SF-1239 updated: We have been in touch with Adobe about supporting Frame.io version 4. Unfortunately, their response is that API access on Frame.io version 4 is only available on Enterprise accounts. In addition, it requires custom setup through Adobe's Developer Console, which we have not yet been cleared to use. At this point, unfortunately, it seems that Adobe has decided to nudge users to upgrade yet not tell them that they'll lose access to integrations as part of the upgrade. We are pushing for Adobe to change this policy as best we can, but at this point we can only strongly recommend to not upgrade your Frame.io accounts to v4.
