How to change a stream deck button icon using script?

    Hello everyone,

I need help for this idea, I haven't found any solution yet.
I would like to change the icon of a script depending on a value. For example, a script to toggle mute of an aux track, and the icon might switch (like between a gray one and a light one) depending on that aux track is currently muted or unmuted. The purpose is that I can just glare at the stream deck and know the track status without scrolling the session to that track.
Please anyone can tell me if that's possible to do in soundflow?

    Thanks guys!

      Hi @Hieu_Hoang,

The best tool for getting the dynamic status of mute, solo, input, and record-enable to show on a Stream Deck would be the Pro Tools Track Control Package.

Dynamic icons are generally only present on developer-made premium SoundFlow packages. See this thread for more detail:
Dynamic buttons - simplified toggle state #post-3

Thank you @Chad for showing me this package.
So it's possible for this idea. Do you know how to get to join in this premium SoundFlow packages for developer? I have quite some more ideas other than track's status of mute and solo if I can do this dynamic icons.

            Hi @Hieu_Hoang,

Currently, the creation of Dynamic Decks and Surfaces is reserved for handpicked Developers who have gone through the SoundFlow Developer Program. If you're interested in joining the developer program and you have sufficient knowledge of JavaScript and regular SoundFlow scripting, please email support@soundflow.org, and we can provide you with more information about the program.
