    Unable to begin using stream deck

    System Information

    SoundFlow 5.8.3

    OS: darwin 21.6.0

    ProductName: macOS
    ProductVersion: 12.7.6
    BuildVersion: 21H1320

    Steps to Reproduce

    1. Downloaded Logic Pack
    2. Assigned a preset Logic deck to the
    3. Restarted SoundFlow when the deck didn't appear on the stream deck buttons
    4. Got a message saying: “Element was not found or removed after waiting 2000 ms (Bounce Regions In Place: Line 43)

    Expected Result

    I expected the preset deck to load on the stream deck screen

    Actual Result

    The SoundFlow icon remains on the stream deck

    Workaround

    Other Notes

    I was receiving an error message earlier while trying to run the SoundFlow Quick Start Guide:

    Error: Command with id 'user:ckp49i4j60000a2100yfwywgf:cku6k9r2l0000lu10a8we29rx' not found for making an editable copy

    After activating the trial I also received another error message while trying to download a series of starter packages, but I think this may be because I already installed the Pro Tools package at some point:
    Internal error: Package Key Collision. A package already exists with key ckp49i4j60000a2100yfwywgf

    My operating system is OS 12.7.6.

      Hi Marcellus,

      Thanks for reporting these errors.

      It looks like you've created a new profile in your account - this is the general reason you're seeing some of these errors. Profiles in SoundFlow should not be used unless in very rare circumstances. (Note, a Profile in SoundFlow is not the same as in the Stream Deck app).

      If you haven't gotten too far, the easiest might be for us to reset your account back to the defaults, so that you can go through the setup process again (be sure to not use the Profile page).

      You can also switch back to your Default Profile (click Profile menu, choose Default Profile) and then just keep using that. This should get rid of the errors in the Quick Start guide and about the package key collisions.

      The error you reported here: Element was not found or removed after waiting 2000 ms (Bounce Regions In Place: Line 43)
      This one sounds like it's specific to the Bounce Regions in Place command for Logic (so, not a general error, but specific to that script). If you'd like help specifically with that, I'll CC @Kitch for troubleshooting, who's the creator of the Logic package.
