Stuck on 99% Retrieving Samply Data
Hi @Andrew_Scheps,
I'm having issues uploading to Samply via BF. I have connected BF to Samply and have run it successfully in the last couple of weeks, but now it is hanging on 99% Retrieving Samply Data. I've waited a while before stopping the process, and reinstalled BF & SF too.

Bounce Factory Support
The best and fastest way to get help with any Bounce Factory problem is to send the User Files and (if applicable) a screen recording of Bounce Factory failing. The easiest way to do this is to use the "Report a Problem" button in the app:
1. Go to the Bounce Factory settings using the cog in the bottom-right of the app:
2. Click the red "Report A Problem…" button at the bottom of the Settings screen
3. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Strangely the logs don't show what's happening, but I have an idea. Did you just sign up for Samply? It's getting the info so fast I'm wondering if it's because your account doesn't have any projects created yet. If that's the case, log into your Samply account and createw the project that you want to upload to. You can't create projects folders or stacks from within BF, you need to make them first, and then you can choose where you want to upload to. I'll make the code a bit more resilient and tell the user that there are no valid Samply destinations.
If you do already have projects made then please make it fail again and then collect new user files.

I've had a Samply account for a while, but only thought to switch from Mixup with your BF integration. It's really cool!
The project has been made - and the uploader has worked in the past. On my system, the manual uploader doesn't work either.
Here are some new user files - this one stalled at 99% again and I cancelled after a few minutes.

Hmm, that’s a weird one. I think we need to do a zoom to see what’s going on, might be a permissions thing or something like that. Between 99 and 100% it’s actually doing stuff locally. And of course I can't reproduce here. Can you double check your Privacy & Security settings? Should look like this for Files and Folders:

Sorry to spam you, but the logs in those User Files don't have any logging for setting up the Snapshot. Did you save the User Files right after you had the issue? Maybe make it fail again and then immediate save and send a new set.
Also, since you say it's worked in the past, is there anything at all that's changed since then? Pro Tools version, OS update etc?

One more. I've published version 1.9.6 which adds a bunch more logging so hopefully I can see where it's getting stuck. Should be in the store in the next day or so. Please update, make it fail, then collect and send new User Files.
