    1. Hi Jonathan,

Thanks for providing your detailed info here. I do see quite a few errors in your log files. Some of those indicate that you may have been trying to do some manual things to try to make things work (ie. trying to log out and back in again, for example, or restarting etc.), which make it a bit harder to isolate which parts happen due to errors somewhere else and which happen due to your troubleshooting attempts.

The next time this happens, would you be able to make a screen recording showing the behavior and then send us a new report so we can correlate your experience to the log files? That would help a great deal.

In order to troubleshoot if this is a network related issue, the easiest/quickest way is to switch to a phone connection temporarily (SF doesn't use a lot of data) to see if things are better. If they are, you know it's a network related issue. If they're not better, it's more likely the issue is with the specific computer or something in your account. Figuring out where to look is the first step, so troubleshooting this way usually saves a lot of time.

Ok, thanks for the clues, when you said switch to a phone connection, can you describe this a little bit more detail, how do I do that exactly?

Are you referring to the Wi-Fi connection?

          1. Hi Jonathan,

Yes, exactly. If it's available to you, using the hotspot feature on your phone is almost always a great first troubleshooting step, since you're letting your computer connect via your phone instead of via its normal network.
On my laptop (after ensuring it's not connected via ethernet cables), I just go into the wifi menu and select my phone's connection instead of regular wifi. You may need to enable the hotspot feature on your phone first.
Again, this is not intended as a permanent solution, but it's the quickest way to figure out where the problem lies (your network or your computer).

So when I try and use my iPhone as a hotspot, SoundFlow is not able to connect and comes up with the red dot still

I seem to get Kicked off line several times a day. Very frustrating works fine At my work, but at home, it’s always a problem.

I’m using version 5.10.3 The latest.

                1. Hi Jonathan,

That indeed sounds very frustrating. I notice the current report we have from you is quite old. It would be helpful to get a new report from after you've made the upgrade to 5.10 and have tried a few different options for your network.

In the old log files, it definitely looked like an unstable internet connection was the cause of the problems.

Could you please send us a new report so I can see if there's anything else to discover from your latest use of 5.10?

Thanks for the reply, what exactly is the process to send you the log? I’m not familiar with this.
