Pro Tools Ultimate Adjust Volume Automation

I'm new to Soundflow and I'm trying to find a way to make a macro (or keyboard shortcut) for adjusting volume automation in Pro Tools. What I have now is a macro with two actions:

• Ctrl+Shift+Up/Down Arrow (adjusts Clip Gain)
• Automation - Convert Clip Gain to Volume Automation (from the Edit Menu)

This works fast but I'm tied to the Clip Gain Nudge Value in the Preferences. Are there better ways to do this? (I was sure there already was a keyboard shortcut in Pro Tools for this, but I cannot seem to find it...)
