      Hi @Tristan,

Can I get you to follow these steps for a hard reset of SoundFlow?

Note: The following steps will not change any of your commands, scripts, decks, or other information stored with SoundFlow. All of your data is stored in the cloud. This process only removes the app and resets all permissions for macOS.

To perform a more "hard reset" of SoundFlow, please perform the following actions in order.

      • Quit SoundFlow entirely (From the SoundFlow Menubar app icon by the clock -> Quit).
      • Open the Terminal Application.
      • Run this in Terminal: Type pkill -9 SoundFlow and press Enter. (This will quit all SoundFlow processes if any are still active).
      • Delete SoundFlow from the Applications folder and Empty the Trash.
      • Run this in Terminal: Type tccutil reset All org.soundflow.sfsx and press Enter.
      • Restart the computer
      • Install the latest version of SoundFlow from soundflow.org
      • You should be prompted to grant Accessibility permissions in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility.
      • Unlock the Privacy & Security if prompted.
      • Once Accessibility access has been granted, click the "Step #3" button in the SoundFlow startup window.
      • Click "Open SoundFlow" in the top left of the SoundFlow Menubar app.

After following these steps, please also verify that going to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Accessibility manually shows the SoundFlow permissions checked like this:

          Hey mate,

Thanks! Went through all this and sadly no dice. Also tried installing previous versions (5.9 + 5.8.3) with no success either, same problem.

It's worked on this machine before, but it's just decided to completely stop working. I did a fresh install of the OS as well just a few days ago so I'm a bit confused why it should be happening this early. The account is working well on all my other computers.

Might be an M4 thing? Though again a bit confused considering it's worked before...

          Any other ideas?

Do you mind if I take a look at your account and see if I can reproduce the issue here?

            1. It might also be good to look out for connection issues re. VPN, firewalls etc.

              Hi @Tristan,

Are you using a VPN or are you working behind a firewall with your MBP, as that can cause issues with SoundFlow Loading?

                  Thanks guys!

Well out of dire frustration I just reinstalled my OS and it's all working fine now. To clarify I checked all the obvious things suggested here, but nothing seemed out of the ordinary.

I'm not sure what's up. There have been some notable challenges with M4 mac's and 3rd party software so far regardless of Sequoia, I wonder if it has something to do with that.

I'll keep you posted if it happens again - good to have that full uninstall procedure handy though, @Kitch !

Hi @Tristan, Glad you got it working with the fresh reinstall.
