    1. Hi Francesco,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble connecting. Could I ask you to send us a Help/Issue report so we can take a look at your log files?

i have try but it's also not working. it's stuck in the upload mode. i normally use chrome, which works, but i found out that also safari is not working properly. it can't establish a secure connection even if i'm trying to go to a google page o a wikipedia page. maybe there is a hint there?

      1. Yes, it sounds like your computer's network configuration is incorrect in some way. It could be your DNS settings, or that you contracted some kind of malware or other software that interferes with your network connections (this could be bad for a long list of reasons).

As you've already tried on both your wifi and your phone's 5g, I'd say it's been narrowed down to be a software/machine-specific issue. The first place I'd go would be the network configuration in your macOS system settings to see if there's anything out of the ordinary such as a proxy being registered or custom DNS settings. I'd also double check for potential software that could be acting as proxy or VPN without your knowledge. Definitely sounds like a configuration change has been made that you didn't intend, so I'd be cautious in your case.

        1. it can't establish a secure connection even if i'm trying to go to a google page o a wikipedia page

This could be indicative of a proxy / man-in-the-middle. Be very careful as this could mean your traffic is unencrypted and could be read by a third party. If you're sure this problem happens both on your phone 5g and your normal wifi/ISP router, then it's likely it's in your computer, but if it only happens via your ISP router, then there's a non-zero chance that your router is compromised. I've heard of attacks like this in the past.
I'm no expert in this field, but some of the details you've shared indicate there's reason to be cautious.
