How to Create a Custom Logic Pro Deck for you Stream Deck in SoundFlow
A SoundFlow user named "Wehave Aghost" recently reached out on the SoundFlow Facebook User Group, asking about how to create a custom Logic Pro deck for their Stream Deck XL.
Here's a video walkthrough on how to do this...
If you have any questions or would like me to dig deeper into this let me know... I'm happy to help. :-)

Hi - I am trying to build a streamdeck XL version of the default logic package. I started by making editable copies of every standard deck and changed the grid size. That is so far working pretty well but I am encountering 3 main issues:
-
In tools for example - the << button is not functioning - I get an error message saying "entry required" and stays on the tools page.
-
I require more pages for certain categories like plugins (I have about 900 plugins for example) - how to you create multiple pages with forward and back buttons for a deck?
-
the main page is no longer active (the one that has safari, protools and logic) nor do any other things like soundly and izotope when logic is launched.
I am also planning on getting a few more streamdecks - do I have to configure those manually to display multiple pages?
I'll get there eventually.... thanks for this video btw

Hi Marlon,
Some of the back buttons in the Logic Pro package's "Logic - Main Deck - 5x3" decks have a more complex navigation workflow. the "<<" back buttons run presets connected to a script in the "Logic Pro" => "Decks" folder named "Navigate Back from Sub-Decks".
I shall circle back to this in a week and possibly make a follow-up video showing this more advanced functionality. (If I forget, please bump the thread.)
Rock on!
