Christian Scheuer @chrscheuer2025-02-21 15:20:56.656ZHi Brandon,
Thanks for reporting this. I'd love to hear more about how you intend to continue using SoundFlow with the free features so we have a better way of understanding this :)

Thanks for the reply! I simply just want to uninstall some packages I no longer use, but since I installed them when I had the premium plan (vs my Avid plan now), when I click the uninstall button it throws the error, "You need a SoundFlow Cloud Pro subscription to access this feature". It's not a huge problem, but I like to stay organized and know exactly what I can and can't use. Is there a way to uninstall these premium packages without having to pay $10? I've already used my trial premium subscription.
I plan to continue to use the free features normally, but just only with the official, free Pro Tools package and the iZotope package (on my Avid plan). Thanks for the help!
Christian Scheuer @chrscheuer2025-02-23 13:21:35.990ZHi Brandon,
Thanks for giving these details.
Until we fix this limitation/bug, I've extended a Pro trial to your account for 5 days, so you can clean things up :)
