Midi knob acceleration

When I'm using the knobs to control parameters on a synth, it works as expected. But it can be quite slow to turn all the way to full value, or all the way down.
Would be nice to have:

• Press and hold knob (reset value), but turn left while holding down = set to 0
• Press and hold, turn right = set to 127 (full)
• turn knob left or right = normal operation
• turn knob quickly, change value faster. perhaps include a multiplier value in the template so the user can define how quickly the value changes. But default of 2x or 3x should be fine
