    stream deck don´t show any desck´s

    System Information

    SoundFlow 5.10.1

    OS: darwin 24.3.0

    ProductName: macOS
    ProductVersion: 15.3
    BuildVersion: 24D60

    Steps to Reproduce

    1. Turn on SoundFlow
    2. Stream Deck shows blue Stream Deck Logo, but no deck.
    3. Changed USB Port already
    4. When I "Quit" SoundFlow and star the Stream Deck software, I get a deck on my Stream Deck, so I don´t think it is an USB port problem.
    5. I deinstalled SoundFlow a few times already

    Expected Result

    A deck should appear on my stream deck

    Actual Result

    Still only a blue Soundflow Logo on the stream decl

    Workaround

      I'm sorry you're experiencing an issue setting up your Stream Deck with SoundFlow.

      Have you had the stream deck working with SoundFlow in the past, or is this a new issue?

      If you have not already done so, please follow the steps laid out in the following video.

        Hi Joshu,

        Does the SoundFlow app itself load correctly? When you see the SF logo, can you try manually clicking "Show Deck" on your Deck to load it?

        I see examples of this in your log, where it indicates, because nothing was shown before restarting SoundFlow, it will continue not to show anything (by default).

[StreamDeck] When reinstantiating decks on device 'Ali Bling', there was no Current Deck so showing SF logo.

        You can also try assigning a keyboard trigger to launch your decks as a way to troubleshoot.

        I also notice there's no application trigger on your "Show Pro Tools Deck" macro, which there normally should be if you want that to automatically show when Pro Tools is focused.
